FAQ's
1. How is my order packaged?
Every order comes carefully packed in one of our solid custom Beaut Boxes. We use recycled brown crinkle cut to keep everything wedged in well so there is minimal moving in transit. We use a beautiful soft custom tissue and seal with a sticker. The custom card you choose, will be handwritten and the first thing that is seen when the box is opened. We also have a special note inside the box lid that reads "This Beaut Box was made especially for......". Each box is then wrapped in bubble wrap, then put in a satchel ready for delivery.
2. Can I request a same day pick up/delivery.
If you are in Sydney and need your gift urgently, we may be able to arrange same day delivery, or you are able to pick up from Sydney CBD, Meriton Lobby, 91 Liverpool Street. Pick up & Same day delivery is not guaranteed over the weekends. (Please call/text/email to arrange). We offer same day/urgent delivery within 5km to Sydney CBD. (See option at checkout).
3. Can I order multiple Beaut Boxes for an event?
Yes, of course we will make this happen for you. Be sure to give us enough notice to ensure we have enough of the goodies you would like.
4. There are shipping delays, what can I do?
Hang in there, every now and then deliveries are delayed. This is out of our control. We do our best to make sure you receive your goods as soon as possible.
5. When are orders sent?
We aim to send all orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders placed on the Friday-Sunday are sent the next business day. (Monday)
- Orders placed Monday-Thursday will be sent the next business day.
- Express orders placed before 2pm sent the same day.
- All orders can be picked up from the Meriton Lobby (91 Liverpool Street).

6. Are refunds an option?
As most of our gifts are handmade, wearable, or eatable, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues with your purchase, please send pictures immediately so we can investigate with the delivery company and the handling during transit. We do not cover return shipping costs. Please email us on beautgiftco@gmail.com if you have any concerns.
7. My friend lives in a huge apartment complex, what happens if the courier can't reach her?
If the courier is unable to deliver the gift for whatever reason, the parcel will be taken to the nearest collection point (usually a news agency or post shop). We will contact the receiver and let them know the pickup details and make sure they receive their gift promptly.
8. I really love my Beaut Box; how can I express this?
